Lesson 3
You will now take your amazing bowing skills, and click on the pictures to find the .PDF file of orchestral excerpts which match each bowing.
Careful, there may be more than one excerpt using the same bowing, and some excerpts use more than one bowing technique.
Make sure to start slowly, and gradually work up to tempo using your metronome.
Make sure that each time you hear a mistake, stop and fix it. Always ask "Does that sound great?" If it doesn't, FIX IT! It will not fix itself if you play it enough times. You must work it out.
You can go to your local library and check out the recordings of each piece to hear how each part sounds in context.
